 One of Japan’s top automakers by sales is leveraging its own strengths to expand across the Asian market. Mitsubishi Motors is best known for vehicles such as SUVs and pickup trucks that can be used in a variety of situations from work to leisure. Under its strategy of “selection and focus”, the company is now carrying out an aggressive international expansion. Chairman Osamu Masuko speaks with us about the prospects for the Asian market and the company’s global roadmap.

 In Takumi, we put the spotlight on the maker of a device that generates bubbles invisible to the naked eye called “micro-nanobubbles”. Such tiny bubbles are said to have unique characteristics and effects. We report on this cutting-edge technology.
